Job Title: Storage Infrastructure Expert

This role requires a strong foundation in storage solutions, with expertise in NetApp ONTAP and advanced features such as MetroCluster, FabricPool, and AQoS. Proficiency in SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB) concepts and environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storage Management: Strong understanding of StorageGRID and other object store services is required.
  • Cloud and Automation: Hands-on experience with NetApp's cloud and automation platforms, including AIQ and Cloud Insights, is necessary.
  • ITIL Methodologies: Knowledge of ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, and change management is required.
  • Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible is necessary.
  • Virtualized Infrastructures: Experience managing storage within virtualized infrastructures, such as VMware, is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer-facing and communication skills are necessary for effective support and client interaction.
