Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the APAC offices of GLG, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment success. A strong administrative and organizational support system is essential in this fast-paced environment, where adaptability and outstanding people skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition team through job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Proactively following up with interviewers regarding feedback on candidates.
  • Organizing candidates' data, resumes, assignments, and contact details in internal databases.
  • Collaborating with universities, colleges, and technical programs to share career opportunities.
  • Reconciling invoices and managing expense reimbursements while working closely with the Accounts Payable.
  • Conducting work in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Performing ad-hoc recruitment-related duties, including sourcing, pipelining, candidate screening, as required and capacity allows.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates will be successful if they demonstrate a history of outstanding extracurricular and academic interests, as well as relevant experience and skills, including:

  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a recruitment coordination or high-level administrative capacity.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience through academic, professional, and/or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Graduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS) sourcing tool.
