About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice at CC&L India Private Limited, you will be immersed in the world of recruiting and talent acquisition, gaining hands-on experience in conducting phone screens, and learning how to contribute on various aspects of the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in screening candidates using various recruiting platforms and tools.
  • Support the recruitment team in managing job postings on various job boards and company websites.
  • Support the coordination of interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on job boards.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
  • Assist in creating and sharing content for job boards, and other platforms to attract candidates.
  • Prepare recruitment related documents and reports.
  • Assist in other HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong passion for talent acquisition and interest in pursuing a career in HR/recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
