We are seeking an experienced Chief Industrial Designer to lead the design of our next-generation energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative product development and a strong background in industrial design.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and defining product requirements that meet customer needs and business objectives. A proven track record of delivering successful products with a user-centric approach is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and translate insights into comprehensive design requirements.
  • Lead the industrial design process, ensuring all products embody simplicity, consistency, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, balancing cost efficiency, durability, and ease of manufacturing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial design, preferably with high-volume electronic or hardware products.
  • Proven ability to build and lead small, high-performing design teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across technical and leadership levels.
