Key Responsibilities:
  • Inverter Installation and Training
  • Provide expert support through customer consulting phone calls and emails
  • Conduct remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect resolution
  • Collect and report after-sales support case data to the team leader
  • Participate in collaborative work assigned by the team leader
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably with knowledge of string inverters and hybrid inverters
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English language proficiency
  • Ability to travel frequently (50% or more per year)
