Renewable Energy Systems Specialist

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to join our renewable energy and electric drive products team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy storage industry, particularly with PCS/BESS products.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing on-site technical support and remote assistance to customers.
- Troubleshooting PCS/BESS product issues and guiding customers to resolve simple faults.
- Managing spare parts inventory and tracking usage to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and organizing feedback sessions.
- Developing a deep understanding of Hopewind's PCS/BESS products and providing training to customers as needed.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency
- Able to work independently with a self-motivated mindset and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in the energy storage industry, with a focus on PCS and BESS systems.
