Key Opportunity:

We seek a visionary Master Planner to spearhead campus infrastructure projects at a renowned institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other facilities.
  • Integrate innovative educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
  • Comply with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms and state/local building codes.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
  • Implement universal accessibility (ramps, lifts, signage) across the campus.
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation).
  • Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations.
  • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Master's in Architecture preferred).
  • Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects.
  • Proven experience in campus planning, sustainable design, and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Professional certifications in sustainable design or LEED AP.
