Operations Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operational checks across all trading segments (Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency) and preparing accurate and timely regulatory reports.

A key responsibility of the role is to develop, standardize, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational processes, workflows, and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all operational activities are performed in accordance with documented procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
