Drive Growth and Operations Manager

This is a key role where you will drive growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

  • Build healthy supply in cities, conducting customer satisfaction surveys and driver research activities.
  • Support marketing, legal, and GR teams in managing large fleets for acquisitions & retentions.
  • Conduct market share analysis, create plans to improve market footprints, and search, hire & retain offline & online recruiters.
  • Establish relationships with local authorities for effective supply management and build strategies to onboard new & active drivers.
  • Take ownership of projects to drive brand recognition and identify supply gaps within different areas.

To succeed:

  • You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in fast-paced environments, with leadership skills and at least 3 years of experience managing operational teams.
  • Grit and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with strong analytical skills using data for solving operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the supply ecosystem in consumer tech environments, are required.
