As a Business Growth Partner, you will work closely with our Sales and Tech Co-Founders, with opportunities for equity-sharing among all founders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute content, academic operations, and communication strategies.
- Drive marketing campaigns (performance ads, influencer collaborations, social media engagement).
- Be the public face of the brand – camera-friendly presence for videos and storytelling.
- Contribute to business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Tech Co-Founders to align product growth and vision.
- Bring innovative ideas to position the brand on a global stage.
- Strong analytical skills and research abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
