Management Traineeship Overview:

Key Objectives:

- Prepare MTs to anticipate and solve complex problems, manage projects, build people networks, and meet ongoing challenges in the IT Staffing Industry
Requirements:
- Ambitious individuals who excel in navigating AI and possess an interest in strategic planning or MBA backgrounds
- Post-graduates with degrees in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management
- Those with no more than two years of working experience and have preferably demonstrated an interest in the Service Industry
- International mindset, good command over English language, and high levels of ambition
- Ability to organize, analyze, and translate strategic information, as well as drive collaboration and team spirit
What to Expect:
As a trainee, you will embark on challenging assignments throughout our Offshore Delivery Centre organization, engaging with various departments such as Corporate HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, OD, L&D, Finance, and Market Research. During each rotation, you will participate in different projects, operate hands-on, and take responsibility while expanding your professional network.
