About the Program

Are you a recent graduate looking to take your career to new heights? Do you have a passion for building brands and scaling businesses? Our 3-year fast-track journey is designed to groom high-potential graduates into future Category Leaders and Business Heads.

The program is divided into three years, with each year focusing on a different aspect of business growth:

  • Year 1: Functional Immersion - You'll work in various functional areas such as Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, D2C Ops, Marketplace Management, and Key Account Management.
  • Year 2: Team Leadership - As you gain more experience, you'll take on team leadership roles, owning metrics and driving growth.
  • Year 3: Business Leadership - In the final year, you'll step into leadership roles like Growth Lead, D2C Lead, or Marketplace Head, accountable for scaling a brand vertical.

High performers may be accelerated into our flagship CEO-in-the-Making (CTM) Program. What We're Looking For

Requirements

We seek sharp, curious minds who are passionate about building brands, scaling businesses, and leveraging digital to drive impact. To be eligible, you should have:

  • Recent graduation from a leading engineering or graduate college/university (2023–2024)
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business, or Math/Stats
  • 0–2 years of experience; preference for exposure to eCommerce/D2C/startups
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership potential
