Our business is seeking a seasoned executive leader to join our team.

This role will be based in Mumbai

We count on you to:

  • Drive new business growth & retention of key accounts.

You should be able to engage with senior decision-makers and drive discussions that advance our goals.

  • Develop cross-selling strategies for existing clients.
  • Promote claims advocacy and servicing excellence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance markets, their strengths and weaknesses.
  • IDentify client needs and determine the services, products, and solutions that best address those needs.
  • Analyze existing policies, suggest improvements, and negotiate terms with insurers.
  • Retrain and expand existing client relationships.
  • Nurture a network of industry professionals and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Regularly visit insurance companies to maintain engagement and build relationships.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Proven relationship-building skills with diverse customer groups.
  • Domain expertise preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 10-15 years of experience in corporate relationship management from a service background.
  • Able to adapt to diverse client cultures (Indian corporates, MNCs, PSU).
  • Experience in insurance or broking environments.
  • A proven track record of sales success with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of employer market dynamics and purchasing behaviors.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to close business effectively.
  • A strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales strategies in competitive markets.
  • A genuine interest in staying up-to-date on industry developments, particularly in health and benefits spaces.
  • A results-driven professional with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
