Job Title: AI Innovation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to drive the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, with deep technical expertise in building scalable AI architectures, and experienced in leading end-to-end solution design on modern orchestration platforms.

The key objective is to create innovative AI-driven business solutions that enhance our organization's capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable GenAI solutions that integrate with workflow orchestration systems.
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector databases and graph-based reasoning techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop patterns and reusable frameworks for GenAI applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate new GenAI models, services, and orchestration strategies to accelerate business adoption.
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security across AI workflows and integrations.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Generative AI solution architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
  • Proficiency with modern orchestration platforms and cloud computing.
  • Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, with hands-on experience using pgvector.
  • Experience in graph databases and advanced reasoning techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in LLM fine-tuning.
  • Understanding of model deployment strategies and experience working with cloud platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of overall work experience, out of which at least 3+ years in AI solution development.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
