Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI & LLMs) to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions for retail media and ad-tech. This role requires hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and large language models.

Main Responsibilities
  • We need someone who can translate complex business problems into advanced statistical and ML frameworks.
  • You will develop scalable ML and DL solutions with a strong emphasis on LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Your main tasks include building and optimizing training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment pipelines for LLMs.
  • It's also crucial to apply Responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.
Key Requirements
  • A Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields is required.
  • You should have at least 8 years of applied data science/ML experience, with a strong domain exposure to e-commerce, advertising, or retail.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is necessary.
Nice to Have
  • You'll be more competitive if you have hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).
  • Experience with ad-tech, ad-serving systems, or retail media platforms would also be beneficial.
