Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Data and AI team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI solutions using Python.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems, leveraging techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI solutions using Python with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.
  • Architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems.
  • Apply RAG techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient AI solutions.
