Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer

The role of AI/ML Engineer is to create, implement and deploy cutting-edge AI and ML solutions that drive business innovation and growth. The successful candidate will work on developing machine learning models, designing scalable production-ready AI solutions and fine-tuning models for optimal performance. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and optimizing machine learning models including Generative AI, Large Language Models and Deep Learning architectures.
  • Designing and implementing scalable production-ready AI solutions that integrate with existing systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers and product teams to align AI models with business needs.
  • Working with large-scale datasets to evaluate and improve model accuracy, efficiency and robustness.
Required skills and qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Data Science.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in data science/ML role with a track record of delivering impactful solutions in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R and SQL with experience in building scalable and efficient ML/NLP workflows.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
  • Experience working with state-of-the-art Generative AI models, including model finetuning and evaluation techniques.
