AI/ML Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML engineer to lead the development of our machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems.
  • Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for complex machine learning models.
  • Design and implement robust end-to-end AI solutions using Python programming skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI projects.
  • Implement data science processes including data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning solutions.
  • Manage and retrieve data effectively by working proficiently with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).
  • Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
  • FOLLOW Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle practices consistently.
  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Conduct training, validation, and evaluation experiments, refining models based on statistical analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that AI/ML solutions adhere to security best practices and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • 5 years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks (Flask, Django) for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
  • Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket for software version control.
  • Experience with C++ development is a plus.
