Job Description:

This role is responsible for designing, developing and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML)-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in AI/ML development, particularly in generative AI (Gen-AI) and large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-driven automation solutions using Gen-AI and LLMs to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop, deploy, and integrate AI-powered conversational bots and other AI-based systems.
  • Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
  • Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a relevant degree from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms of GCP & Azure like Vertex AI, ML Studio, AI Foundry.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
