Job Description

Our organization seeks a dynamic and experienced L&D Professional to assume a leadership role in driving learning initiatives.

  • Design, develop, and deliver behavioral and communication training programs aimed at enhancing patient experience, service excellence, team work, and leadership capabilities within the organization.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation/post-graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (aviation and hotels preferred); contributed to or managed the end-to-end Learning and Development function.
