
Learning and Development Manager

A strategic business partner is required to drive operational excellence in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and manage activities on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage LMS user accounts and permissions, ensuring seamless access and control.
- Train trainers on effective use of the LMS tool, enhancing their ability to create engaging content.
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS, optimizing its usability and effectiveness.
- Analyse, update, and refine existing online content, aligning it with evolving business needs.
- Create and manage learning dashboards, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality management, a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English language, enabling effective communication.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including PPT, WORD, and EXCEL.
- Experience with Canva and video making software, such as VYOND and Articulate.
- Strong flair for content writing and development, crafting compelling narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and logical skills.
- Vendor management and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration.
- Presentation skills, effectively conveying information to various audiences.
- Active learner, embracing continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and proficiency in English, fostering seamless interaction.
- Collaboration, teamwork, and a solutions-focused mindset.
