Job Title

A strategic business partner is required to drive operational excellence in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage activities on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage LMS user accounts and permissions, ensuring seamless access and control.
  • Train trainers on effective use of the LMS tool, enhancing their ability to create engaging content.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS, optimizing its usability and effectiveness.
  • Analyse, update, and refine existing online content, aligning it with evolving business needs.
  • Create and manage learning dashboards, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English language, enabling effective communication.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including PPT, WORD, and EXCEL.
  • Experience with Canva and video making software, such as VYOND and Articulate.
  • Strong flair for content writing and development, crafting compelling narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and logical skills.
  • Vendor management and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration.
  • Presentation skills, effectively conveying information to various audiences.
