The role of an Instructional Designer involves creating interactive learning experiences for students by combining educational content with engaging visuals and animations.

This position requires strong knowledge of instructional design principles, video-based learning, mobile learning, and MS Office skills.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in developing high-quality eLearning content for corporate education or higher education settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create immersive video-based learning content that engages learners and enhances their understanding of complex concepts.
  • Develop comprehensive storyboards that outline the narrative flow of each video and ensure visual consistency throughout.
  • Design interactive elements such as quizzes, assessments, and gamification features to enhance learner engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and up-to-date content that meets industry standards.
  • Ensure all eLearning content is accessible and usable on various devices and platforms.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all produced content and coordinate with the production team to resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in instructional design for eLearning development in corporate education or higher education.
  • Expertise in instructional design principles, video-based learning, mobile learning, and MS Office skills, particularly MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
