Job Overview

This role requires a unique blend of technical and business skills, as you'll be responsible for optimizing, integrating, and scaling our ERP ecosystem. You should be passionate about delivering results, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization:
    • Oversee the entire SAP B1 deployment lifecycle, from configuration to testing and implementation.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Lead the technical team in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
  • System Integrations:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
    • Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
  • Mentorship & Development:
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
