Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst – Integration Specialist

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding applications and collaborating with application owners to understand their systems and explain the integration process.

You will gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application, coordinate and test custom development, and work with internal engineers to get the integration built according to governance best practices and application requirements.

Maintaining accurate statuses for all onboarded applications is also part of your responsibilities. You will work with multiple application teams simultaneously and have experience in developing custom workflows, administering identity and access management solutions, and implementing role-based access control.

Key qualifications include 7-9 years of experience as part of IGA development teams, updated identity mapping, and experience in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning.

Responsibilities also include launching certification campaigns, following up on remediation processes, and creating reports to serve specific purposes.

Proficiency in working with forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates, and building maps is required.

It is essential to have experience with life cycle management, including joiner events, leaver events, and manager transfer events.

A strong understanding of SailPoint and experience in onboarding various applications into the IGA system are necessary for success in this role.
