Technical Integration Specialist

This role requires a professional to combine AI integration and no-code implementation, driving innovation in the field of technology.

About the Role
  • You will work alongside a founder and Head of Implementation to solve complex problems and build cutting-edge software solutions for our clients.
  • Location: Our Surat office (Full-time, in-person required)
  • Language Requirement: Proficient English communication (written and verbal) necessary for client interactions
Responsibilities
  • Founder-Level Collaboration: Work closely with one of our founders and Head of Implementation to tackle intricate customer challenges and develop groundbreaking solutions.
  • Customer-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve real-world business problems by creating new software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  • New Technology Implementation: Drive the integration of innovative AI tools and emerging technologies into client workflows and business processes.
  • No-Code Solution Building: Develop custom workflows, automations, and integrations using Cohesiv's visual development environment to address complex business challenges.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our clients.
  • Platform Mastery & Enhancement: Become an expert in the Cohesiv platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot implementation issues in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities within client workflows and implement them using our no-code tools and AI capabilities.
  • Client Success Management: Manage a portfolio of 8-15 clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts using Cohesiv's no-code environment to validate client requirements.
  • Feedback Integration: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to our product team about platform enhancements and new feature needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Skills

    Expertise in No-Code/Low-Code Platforms: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders

    Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language preferred)

    CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided)

    AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes

    System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources

    English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication

  • Strong Understanding Of

    Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze and optimize complex business workflows

    API Integration: Working knowledge of how different software systems communicate

    Automation Logic: Understanding of conditional logic, triggers, and workflow automation

    Data Management: Basic understanding of data flow, storage, and transformation

    Client Communication: Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

    Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously

Additional Qualifications
  • Software Development Background: Previous experience in any programming language (Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.) - helps understand technical concepts but coding won't be primary responsibility
  • AI Development Tools: Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Understanding of how large organizations use and integrate software systems
  • Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly master new platforms and technologies
  • Client-Facing Experience: Any previous experience in customer success, consulting, or client communication roles
