Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to guarantee seamless system integration across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans for complex workflows, ensuring thorough testing of all systems and integrations.
  • Execute manual and automated tests, verify data syncs, and escalate any errors or discrepancies to the development team.
  • Audit error logs, debug API failures, and build regression testing scripts using Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright.
  • Maintain detailed QA wikis and ensure compliance with relevant data handling regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with expertise in multiple ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in testing tools: Postman/Swagger, Selenium/Playwright, Jira/Xray.
  • Platform-specific knowledge: NetSuite Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports; Salesforce Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers; Shopify Liquid templating, GraphQL API; Celigo Integration flows, error handling.
  • Bonus: Certifications like NetSuite Suite Foundation, Salesforce Admin, Celigo iPaaS, ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL).
