API Integration Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our integration team as an API Integration Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end API integrations, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include leading API integrations with new and existing partners, collaborating with internal teams, defining and documenting integration requirements, maintaining integration roadmaps, monitoring performance, and providing post-integration support.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering end-to-end API integrations, preferably within the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
