Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at System Soft Technologies. As a key member of our Commercial & Business Organization, you will be responsible for the daily administration and support of Salesforce users, ensuring the smooth operation of our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer and maintain Salesforce data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhanced functionalities to improve user experience.
  2. Coordinate and perform system upgrades and product releases to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
  3. Configure and manage Salesforce approvals, flows, system errors, assignment/validation rules, sandbox configuration, data management, and tickets resolution.
  4. Continuously strive to bring new solutions and tweaks to existing features to improve productivity and support work take-out initiatives within Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/CPQ.
  5. Work with external vendors, third-party providers, and developers as part of product support functions.
  6. Create and maintain process and system-related documentation. Provide trainings to business stakeholders on Sales Cloud/CPQ/Service Cloud functionalities.
  7. Partner with business and Information Technology (IT) teams to prioritize project implementations, ensuring timelines, communication, and requirements are met effectively.
  8. Support with projects pipeline management and ad-hoc reporting to deliver metrics on commercial performance to help identify key areas for improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into design and development of business applications.

Experience with Salesforce Flows is required.

Experience with Salesforce access management and object management is required.

Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred.

Salesforce service cloud experience is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to support Salesforce end users with user management and issue resolution.
