Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our business operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration and support of Salesforce users, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Salesforce users, including data quality maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and perform system upgrades and product releases to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
- Configure and manage Salesforce systems, including approvals, flows, and validation rules.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and support business initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and developers to resolve product support issues.
- Provide training and documentation to business stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities.
- Partner with business and IT teams to prioritize project implementations and ensure effective communication.
- Support project pipeline management and ad-hoc reporting to deliver metrics on commercial performance.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively with minimal direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with IT and business stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service standards when working with external and internal partners.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into design and development of business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven change management experience in managing project implementations and mergers and acquisitions lifecycles.
Experience & Certification Requirements:
• Certified Salesforce admin (additional certifications are a plus).
• 3-4 years of Salesforce administration experience (development experience is not required but is a plus).
o Experience with Salesforce Flows is required.
o Experience with Salesforce access management and object management is required.
o Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred.
o Salesforce service cloud experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support Salesforce end users with user management and issue resolution.
