We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Supply Chain department as a Junior Manager.

This role involves managing end-to-end equipment and materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic objectives. As a cross-functional team player, you will collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive business results.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing the procurement of semiconductor equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and installation schedules.
  • Managing RFP/RFQ processes and vendor selection, developing supplier relationships and performance metrics.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting supplier quality improvement and development.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, and 8-10 years of experience in equipment and materials sourcing, preferably in a Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment. Experience in greenfield or startup environments is an added advantage.
