Job Summary

The Fashion Product Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for leading the product sourcing team to optimize the buying cycle and ensure timely fulfillment of products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Fashion Product Sourcing Specialist. As a key member of the product sourcing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are sourced and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best possible prices and delivery terms. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with our quality and sustainability standards.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product sourcing team to optimize the buying cycle and ensure timely fulfillment of products
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible prices and delivery terms
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery
Requirements
  • Past experience in managing production or sourcing (ideally 2+ years)
  • Bachelor's Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology or engineering in textile technology
  • Exceptional understanding of garment manufacturing operations & processes
  • Technical understanding of pattern and fit development of garments—knowledge of AUTO CAD would be preferred
  • Merchandise Sourcing Knowledge - Experience in sample development and with offshore production exposure; in large-sized buying offices or Export House
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel & data visualization tools
  • Digitally savvy & adept at implementing new technologies & tools
