Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the development and delivery of fitness programs in our studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardio-vascular exercises, such as aerobics, strength training, and popular conditioning regimes like Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, etc.

The successful candidate will possess appropriate certification/license to conduct specialized/group fitness sessions from acknowledged bodies. They will work closely with the production team to deliver quality LIVE sessions to customers and possess excellent customer service skills, including motivational skills, listening skills, and physical fitness to engage with customers on an ongoing basis.

The Fitness Program Manager must be polite, friendly, and encouraging to maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop workflow and train trainers for fitness programs.
  • Plan or choreograph classes including script, exercises, music, etc.
  • Specialize in cardio-vascular exercises, such as aerobics, strength training or lead classes that use specific exercise equipment.
  • Possess appropriate certification/license to conduct specialized/group fitness sessions.
  • Work closely with the production team to deliver quality LIVE sessions.
  • Possess customer service skills to engage with customers.
  • Fitness program managers must be polite, friendly, and encouraging to maintain relationships with customers.
