Business Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to lead sales and design processes, as well as operational communication with franchise owners and their teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Managing the design output of 12 to 15 projects monthly.
  • Overseeing work output of Partners and Teams for 5 Stores.
  • Assisting in hiring by conducting technical interviews.
  • Training designers to attain predictable sales and design outcomes.
  • Customer Experience and Relationship Management.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a Tier I institute.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience in successfully adopting digital initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
