Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading telecom service provider in India, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Postpaid Process and Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving postpaid mobility churn reduction and enhancing customer retention through proactive and reactive retention processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to improve customer retention and reduce revenue churn.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competition to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and processes.
  • Design and implement loyalty schemes and offers to retain eligible customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on campaign performance and customer retention metrics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a strong background in customer life cycle management, retention, and business development. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and reporting tools like BI and Netezza is required. A graduate degree with 5-7 years of experience is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹9,50,000 - ₹11,50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
