We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make targeted outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
  • Provide product information to customers over the phone and address any queries or concerns
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:

  • 12th pass qualification or equivalent
  • No prior experience required, but excellent communication skills are essential
  • Persuasive and convincing skills to handle customer objections
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills

Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹300,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
