Lead Academic and Strategic Roles

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our academic, administrative, and strategic goals.

About the Role
  • Drive Visionary Leadership: Develop and implement the School's strategic vision, ensuring quality of legal education and fostering research excellence.
  • Foster Research Excellence: Encourage impactful legal research among faculty, build partnerships for research collaboration, and secure grants and funding for research activities.
  • Enhance National and International Reputation: Promote inclusive and dynamic academic environment, oversee curriculum design, development and review, and foster innovative learning environment leveraging technology and pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the School's strategic vision, enhancing national and international reputation in legal education and research.
  • Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum design, development and review, foster innovative learning environment leveraging technology and pedagogy, and promote academic excellence through faculty development and student engagement.
  • Research and Development: Encourage impactful legal research among faculty, build partnerships for research collaboration, and secure grants and funding for research activities.
  • Administration and Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations and manage resources efficiently, lead recruitment, mentoring and evaluation of faculty and staff, and prepare and manage the School's annual budget.
  • Industry and Community Engagement: Establish ties with legal professionals, law firms and judiciary, foster internships, placements and career development opportunities, and organize seminars, workshops and moot court competitions.
  • Student Success and Welfare: Promote student-centric policies, engage students academically and extracurricularly, provide support systems for academic advising, mentoring and career counselling, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and visionary thinking with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Qualification: Ph.D Degree in Law from reputed and recognized University in India or Abroad.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of academic or professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles such as Director.
