Job Role:

The Senior Legal Officer will oversee all legal strategy, execution, and governance within our entities and investment platforms. This leadership position requires collaboration with external advisors, regulatory specialists, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Lead the preparation and execution of legal documentation for investments, fund raises, and internal structuring.
  • Fund Design & Entity Setup: Advise on the structuring of new funds, SPVs, and cross-border vehicles to ensure regulatory compliance and scalability.
  • Litigation, IP, and Governance: Manage ongoing disputes in collaboration with external counsel, oversee intellectual property portfolios, and provide strategic guidance for board governance.

This role demands a seasoned professional with exceptional contract law expertise, corporate governance knowledge, and regulatory acumen. Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or family office environments is preferred.

Requirements:

Legal Expertise: Proven command of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory nuances.

Operational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
