We seek a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our growth team. As a key member, you'll manage Meta Ads & Google Ads, create and optimize campaigns, and drive strategy to maximize returns on ad spend.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns on various channels to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas, sharing them with the team to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, relevance, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with team leads to create and drive strategies with prioritized initiatives to deliver high returns on performance marketing spends.
  • Continuously track and measure campaign-level, ad-set-level, and ad-level performance to derive actionable insights.
  • Drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per install (CPI), and prepare performance reports on a daily basis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and keep strategies current.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activities, and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
