We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Paid Campaign Strategy: Develop, execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance. Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Conversion Price Action (CPA), and conversions.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with the brand's voice and aesthetics.
  • Data Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets. Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
