Senior Coupa Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Coupa implementation, configuration, and rollout experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Coupa Implementation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, expenses, and integration setup. A strong background in Coupa release management, Agile methodology, and solution architecting is also required.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including business partners, integration partners, and 3rd-party consultants, to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, expenses, and integration setup
  • Configuration and support of Coupa
  • Experience with Coupa enhancements, changes, and issue fixing within the system
  • Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions
  • Agile methodology participation, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, and participating in scrums
  • Solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd-party applications

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Coupa implementation, configuration, and rollout
  • Strong knowledge of Coupa modules and integration setup
  • Hands-on experience in configuration of different Coupa modules
  • Agile methodology experience, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, and participating in scrums
  • Solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd-party applications
