Business Analyst Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation by working closely with clients to understand their needs and map them to product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving client issues and inquiries through navigation to closure ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Testing system functionality, reporting issues, and driving completion guarantees the highest quality outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams promotes a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
