Job Title:

Sr. Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions for top-tier organizations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement end-to-end Warehouse Management modules to drive business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimize Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and lead project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee system testing, UAT, and deployment activities to guarantee seamless system integration.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot high-level functional issues in Warehouse applications.
  • Document processes and provide training to end-users and team members to ensure knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Warehouse Management modules such as Outbound, Inbound, Allocation, Picking, Put Away, Wave processing, Cycle counts, Inventory Management, Configuration, and Reports.
  • Strong understanding of integrations connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM (Order Transportation Management).
  • Familiarity with Moca commands.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL working with database tools like Lexedit.
  • Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
