LogiSpace is a commercial real estate brokerage with expertise in managed and flexible office spaces across India. We collaborate with leading operators to provide clients with ideal office solutions.
This role combines sales execution and strategic contributions, making it perfect for a professional who excels in sales while also wanting to impact business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office space options.
- Coordinate property visits with clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Establish strong partnerships with operators like WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others for priority access to inventory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions.
Strategy & Business Growth:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for strengthening LogiSpace's presence in Mumbai.
- Suggest creative ideas and directions for digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (desired but not mandatory if proven experience).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is beneficial).
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
