Lead Travel Industry Transformation with AI

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive business growth and innovation in the travel sector. The ideal candidate will oversee global delivery, manage financial performance, and transform customer experience through AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end delivery strategies for AI/ML solutions tailored to the travel domain.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams and ensure excellence in execution.
  • Implement reusable AI accelerators for demand forecasting, personalization, and real-time anomaly detection.
  • Manage P&L for the Travel vertical, accountable for revenue growth, cost optimization, and EBITDA.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in technology or consulting, with 7+ years in leadership roles driving AI/ML delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in owning a P&L in a service-oriented business, ideally within the travel industry.
  • Deep understanding of travel platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
