About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions using CyberArk's suite of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement PAM solutions across client environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Conduct assessments and audits of existing PAM setups to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Deploy and configure CyberArk components, including EPV, CPM, PSM, and PVWA, to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored PAM solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance of CyberArk environments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to PAM solutions.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to client and internal teams on PAM best practices and CyberArk product advancements.
  • Stay updated on emerging PAM technologies and CyberArk product roadmaps to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in PAM solutions, preferably with CyberArk's suite of products.
  • Strong technical skills in areas like scripting, automation, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and internal teams.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in PAM and IAM.
