Identity Access Management Consultant

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients achieve their identity and access management goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration and Configuration: Integrate SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications to ensure seamless data exchange and efficient system operations.
  • IGA Process Delivery: Deliver Identity Governance processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC) to maintain secure access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Connector Configuration: Configure connectors to onboard applications, utilizing both out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options to facilitate easy integration and minimize technical debt.
  • Access Policy Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information and resources.
  • Workflow Design: Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events, improve efficiency, and reduce manual errors.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities, demonstrating compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.
