Job Title: Identity and Access Specialist

The Role Involves:

  • Overseeing the administration of identity platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Azure IAM features
  • Implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems to ensure seamless access management
  • Monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies to identify potential security risks

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure for enhanced security and efficiency
  • Supporting audits and compliance efforts by providing evidence and reports related to identity management
  • Assisting in employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Identifying and remediating identity security risks and misconfigurations to maintain a secure environment
  • Maintaining documentation for IAM processes and standards to ensure consistency and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure IAM features
  • Understanding of identity reporting and analytics, as well as identity architecture, protocols, and lifecycle management
  • Ability to manage RBAC models and implement identity security principles

Nice to Have:

  • Scripting or automation skills for workflow optimization
  • Experience with cloud identity integrations for scalability and flexibility
