Key Strategic Position

We are seeking a seasoned expert to fill this strategic advisory role. The successful candidate will need expertise in investment banking and asset reconstruction, with the ability to collaborate closely with our team to shape strategy, monitor deal pipelines, and oversee transaction execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business initiatives through collaboration with our team.
  • Apply knowledge of investment banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review developments and progress.
  • Provide reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Offer guidance on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulators.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, asset reconstruction, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • A proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • A strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
