About the Opportunity

We are expanding our footprint through new initiatives, which will be rolled out in a phased roadmap. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a visionary strategist and hands-on operator who can manage complex projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

This leader must possess exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives, lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensure initiatives launch on schedule, and build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.

Additionally, this role requires experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Build and maintain the 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • A proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
