Job Title: Strategic Technology Visionary

 

The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization's technology landscape. This visionary leader is responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that harmonize with our business strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust enterprise architecture framework, encompassing technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Lead the architecture team in crafting innovative technology solutions that meet business needs, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solution architectures that drive value.
  • Ensure seamless alignment of technology solutions with business strategy and goals, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, recommending forward-thinking solutions to enhance business outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • 12-20 years of experience in IT or a related field, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading architecture teams and delivering complex technology projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and driving results-oriented projects.
